RockForce Online Classes
Welcome! Each of these classes consists of two parts, the Online Class and the “In Person” Practical Evaluation. Each course you complete will earn you a CERTIFICATE, and authorize you to perform those duties.

You’ve reached our online Arena Rigging Class – nice work! The primary purpose of this course is to provide rigging instruction to RockForce employees. If you are a current employee, contact the instructor to sign up for free.

Phil van Hest is the Senior Director of National Safety for RockForce, managing teams of trainers and safety officers from California to New York. Before entering the world of entertainment safety, Phil toured the world as a comic/writer/performer, and thought twice about mentioning it; safety are famously humorless subjects. Phil carries a CSP, and is an ETCP Recognized Trainer, as well as an OSHA and Red Cross Instructor. He currently resides in Orange County, another place in California named after a thing that used to be there before it got paved over.
